Hi! I’m a girl who lives for fitness and loves breathing in fresh air. I spend my days at the gym doing strength training, or in the park with friends, enjoying their company. My favorite park overlooks a pond where ducks swim. I love feeding them. My favorite exercises are squats and lunges. They say they work wonders. I’m also obsessed with coffee with cinnamon after a workout. It’s my little secret to recovery. As for what I do in the evenings… that’ll stay my little secret 🌙 I watch my diet carefully because I love my body and know that if I keep it up, it’ll thank me in the future.😉 But tonight I’m not here to count calories—I’m here to make your heart beat faster.
